8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR)

Learn tools to reduce stress, enhance resiliency, and face the challenges of everyday life in this 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course at the CHA Center for Mindfulness and Compassion.  All levels of experience with mindfulness and meditation are welcome.

Orientation Session (required): Monday, January 23rd, 2017

8-week Course:  Mondays, January 30th- March 20th, 2017

Time: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Retreat: Saturday, March 11, 2017 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

               Location: 26 Central Street, Community Room, 2nd Floor, Somerville, MA 02143

Course Rate:
Early Registration (January 18th)................................................$550
Regular Registration (from January 11th to January 22nd).........$600
Late Registration (January 23rd to January 30th).........................$650
